Key Responsibilities

• Handle various HVAC equipment including split units, cassette units, ducted systems, package units, AHU/FCU, VRF/VRV, chillers, ventilation systems, and portable/mobile HVAC systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, and control-system problems.
• Carry out refrigerant charging, recovery, leak testing, vacuuming, brazing, and system performance checks.
• Read and interpret HVAC drawings, schematics, equipment manuals, and technical specifications.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance and recommend solutions to recurring equipment problems.
• Prepare material requirements, manpower estimates, work schedules, service reports, and maintenance records.
• Train and guide junior technicians in proper HVAC installation, troubleshooting, and safety practices.
• Monitor work progress, manpower, tools, equipment, and materials at site.

Requirements

• min. 5 years HVAC experience
• Technical/vocational certificate in air conditioning, refrigeration, electrical, or a related field is preferred. (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Possess a valid driving license

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
