About Us

Best Bike Motors is a fast-growing motorcycle sales and financing company. We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Motorcycle Outlet Operations Coordinator to coordinate the daily operations of our outlet.

This role is suitable for someone who is careful with stock, good at coordinating people and transport, comfortable using systems, and committed to providing good customer service.

Job Responsibilities

- Inspect every motorcycle carefully when stock arrives

- Check the motorcycle model, colour, chassis number, engine number, physical condition and keys against the Delivery Order and system records

- Take clear photos upon arrival and report scratches, missing keys, wrong chassis number, wrong colour or other discrepancies immediately

- Make sure only motorcycles assigned to the outlet are accepted

- Coordinate motorcycle transport, runner arrangements and customer deliveries

- Ensure the outlet has sufficient space and motorcycles are moved efficiently

- Complete the pre-delivery checklist before every customer handover

- Make sure agreements, free gifts, helmets, raincoats, petrol and other promised items are ready

- Provide customers with a friendly and professional collection experience

- Assist with customer handover photos, check-ins and review requests where appropriate

- Coordinate and follow up daily tasks with general workers and delivery staff

- Maintain a clear daily record of motorcycles arriving, leaving the outlet and being delivered

- Coordinate with JPJ runners and internal departments

- Ensure Delivery Orders, invoices, VOC documents and transport invoices are uploaded correctly and on time

- Keep stock information and motorcycle status updated in the company system

- Maintain helmet, raincoat, stationery, printer ink and paper supplies

- Ensure the outlet, filing area, customer area and washroom are clean and organised

- Follow company SOP and help improve outlet processes

- Support future after-sales and service department operations when required

Requirements

- Minimum SPM, Diploma or equivalent

- Experience in retail operations, outlet supervision, logistics, automotive dealership or motorcycle dealership is an advantage

- Motorcycle knowledge is an advantage but not compulsory

- Must be willing to learn motorcycle models, stock procedures and the company's internal system

- Strong attention to detail and must not accept stock without checking properly

- Good customer service and communication skills

- Able to coordinate workers, runners, transporters and internal teams

- Organised, responsible and able to follow SOP

- Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, Google Sheets or Excel

- Able to work independently and solve daily operational problems

- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English

- Mandarin is an advantage for internal coordination

- A valid driving or motorcycle licence is an advantage

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday. Exact working hours will be discussed during the interview.

Salary Package

- Basic salary: RM2,000-RM3,000 per month

- Performance commission or allowance based on outlet operations and individual performance

- Salary will depend on experience, attitude and ability
