We are looking for an experienced and responsible Account Executive who is capable of handling a full set of accounts independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and maintain a complete full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, profit and loss statements, balance sheets and other financial reports.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor the company’s daily cash flow.
• Manage invoices, payment vouchers, official receipts, supplier payments and customer collections.
• Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and properly documented.
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on accounts receivable.
• Assist in budgeting, financial analysis and preparation for year-end audits.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, company secretaries and government authorities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards and statutory requirements.
• Perform any other accounting or administrative duties assigned by the management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in accounting.
• Must have hands-on experience and be able to handle a full set of accounts independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Must be familiar with accounting software, particularly QNE Accounting or SQL Accounting.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian accounting practices, taxation and statutory requirements.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, trustworthy and well-organised.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Candidates who are available to start immediately will be given priority.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
