Position: AI-Native HR Product Manager

We're building a next-generation AI-native HR SaaS platform - rethinking how HR works from the ground up.

If you're a Product Manager who loves AI, enjoys solving messy problems and gets excited by 0→1 products, this could be for you.

Responsibilities:

• Turn real HR pain points into simple, scalable product solutions.
• Rethink workflows across recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll, employee services and offboarding.
• Design AI-powered workflows and automation that reduce repetitive HR work.
• Create PRDs, user journeys, process flows and product specifications.
• Work with Engineering, AI, Design and QA teams to take ideas from concept → launch.
• Learn from users, experiment, iterate and make the product better.
• Help build solutions for HR operations across China and Southeast Asia.

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years in Product Management / Product Development
• Strong curiosity about AI, LLMs, automation and what's coming next.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to turn messy problems into clear solutions.
• Comfortable with PRDs, workflows and working across technical teams.
• HR systems / HR workflows experience is a strong plus.
• AI product, LLM or automation experience is highly preferred.
• Strong ownership and a genuine desire to build 0→1.
