Responsibilities
Medical Affairs & Clinical Governance
1. Manage and coordinate Credentialing & Privileging (C&P) processes, provide secretariat support for medical committees, and strengthen doctor engagement and relationships.
2. Support Medical Affairs and Quality activities and hospital accreditation by planning, implementing, and maintaining compliance with accreditation standards, regulatory requirements, and internal quality systems.
3. Assist in conducting clinical audits, monitoring compliance with MOH/CKAPS requirements, and ensuring adherence to hospital policies and group standards.
4. Review, develop, and update clinical policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure alignment with current regulatory and organizational requirements.
5. Lead and facilitate Quality Improvement (QI) initiatives and Value-Driven Outcomes (VDO) projects to enhance patient safety, clinical effectiveness, and operational performance.
