Multi Unit Manager – Boost Juice

Boost Juice is looking for an energetic and results-driven Multi Unit Manager to join our team and lead multiple outlets across our operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations and performance of multiple Boost Juice outlets.
• Lead, motivate and develop Store Managers and outlet teams.
• Drive sales, profitability and operational performance across assigned outlets.
• Ensure excellent customer service and compliance with company standards.
• Monitor outlet KPIs, identify business opportunities and implement action plans.
• Coach and support Store Managers to achieve sales and operational targets.
• Ensure effective manpower planning, stock management and cost control.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety and store operations.

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience as a Store Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication, coaching and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong business acumen with a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple outlets, teams and operational priorities.
• Passionate about customer experience and team development.
• Experience in F&B, retail or hospitality will be an advantage.
• Willingness to travel between assigned outlets when required.
