What You’ll Be Doing

• Welcome and assist guests with professionalism and a smile

• Handle reservations for accommodation, entertainment, and transport

• Provide accurate information about resort facilities

• Support front office daily admin operations

• Ensure guests enjoy a smooth and pleasant experience

We’re Looking For Someone Who

• Minimum SPM; Diploma in Hotel Management, Marketing, or Business Administration encouraged

• Able to converse in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin

• Willing to work in Genting Highlands
