About the Role

As Production Admin Assistant at QLUX GROUP SDN. BHD., you will be responsible for providing essential Production administrative support to the operation team. This full-time role is based in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan and offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic group of professionals.

What You'll Be Doing

• Prepare Work Order l, Delivery Order & Invoice via SQL System

• Maintaining accurate production inventory record & Material purchasing processing

• Prepare daily accounts payable and receivable via E-invoice

• Providing administrative support, including filing, data entry, and general office duties follow ISO 9001 standard

• Assisting with Production payroll processing i.e Overtime planning related tasks

• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations

• Supporting the Production team in ad-hoc projects and tasks as required

What We're Looking For

• Preferable Candidate for Production & Operation team support

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar or administrative role

• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in Production & Administrative record-keeping

• Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively

• Familiarity with general office procedures and a good working knowledge of MS Office applications

• A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
