Programme Overview

This role provides structured on-the-job training and practical exposure in civil engineering works within active construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist site engineers in supervising civil construction works.
• Support monitoring of site activities for compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Participate in site inspections and coordination activities under supervision.
• Assist in identifying construction defects and workmanship issues.
• Support preparation of basic site records, progress updates and reports.
• Carry out assigned engineering tasks as part of structured training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.
