Vad Capital Hiring! Full Time Technical Sales - Data Center in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 8,500 - Ricebowl

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop key customer accounts, maintaining strong and long-term business relationships.
• Identify and generate new sales leads and business opportunities within the Data Center market.
• Drive sales activities from lead generation through to closing, ensuring achievement of sales targets.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers and projects.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable Data Center solutions and technologies.
• Support business development initiatives to expand market presence and increase revenue.
• Coordinate with internal teams, partners, and sales channels to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.
• Monitor sales performance, opportunities, and customer activities through effective sales operations and reporting.
• Stay updated on Data Center industry trends, technologies, and market developments.
• Build strong relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, channel partners, and other key stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Technical Sales, B2B Sales, Business Development, or a related field.
• Experience in the Data Center industry or selling Data Center-related products/solutions is highly preferred.
• Strong experience in Key Account Management and Business Development.
• Proven ability in lead generation, sales development, and customer acquisition.
• Experience in sales/channel operations is an added advantage.
• Good understanding of Data Center solutions and technologies will be an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, commercially driven, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
