SPA & WELLNESS THERAPIST

Work Location: Bertam Resort & Water Park Penang, Kepala Batas

Bertam Resort & Water Park Penang is inviting qualified and enthusiastic individuals to join its Spa team. This opportunity is suitable for candidates who enjoy delivering wellness treatments and creating a comfortable, professional experience for guests.

Your Role:

• Deliver body massage, relaxation and wellness treatments according to established procedures
• Consult guests before treatment to understand their preferences and requirements
• Explain available treatments, wellness packages and relevant spa products
• Prepare and reset treatment rooms before and after every appointment
• Ensure towels, equipment, products and treatment supplies are properly maintained
• Observe strict hygiene, cleanliness, safety and grooming requirements
• Maintain guest privacy, comfort and confidentiality
• Assist with spa promotions and recommend suitable treatments to guests
• Report equipment issues, product shortages and guest concerns promptly
• Support the Spa team in maintaining smooth daily operations

Candidate Profile:

• Experience in massage therapy, wellness treatments or spa services is preferred
• Candidates with recognised spa, beauty or massage qualifications will have an advantage
• Basic knowledge of body massage and relaxation techniques
• Pleasant personality with a professional and guest-focused approach
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Physically able to perform treatments throughout the working shift
• Available to work according to a roster, including weekends and public holidays
• Newly trained candidates with the right qualifications and attitude may apply
