Job description

• Receive documents from customer.
• Prepare and organize car entry documentation and reports for the B&P Division.
• Notified files are stored in a specific system, either physical or electronic, for easy retrieval.
• Follow up with customer through phone calls.
• Greet customers by interacting directly, answering questions and addressing their concerns.
• Check inventory by checking spare parts (parts) with store employees to confirm availability of car parts.
• Updated progress with customer to keep customers informed of the progress of their car repairs.
• Help B&P Service Advisor deliver the repaired car to customer.

Job requirement

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Office Management or related field.
• At least 1-2 years of work experience in Administration or related position.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills including the ability to prioritize work and adhere to deadlines.
• Proficient in written and verbal communication with a professional attitude in English and Bahasa Malaysia to interact with Managers, colleagues and customers.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and Word and other related software applications.
• Ability to multitask demonstrates, flexibility and adaptability in the workplace.
• Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
