MYFutureJobs is currently supporting one of our clients in Putrajaya in sourcing qualified and competent Head of Framework and Data Analytic candidates.

About the Role

Lead the development and management of Labour Market Information, data analytics and employment-related digital solutions. The role oversees the Framework and Data Analytics functions, including strategic initiatives such as the Centralised Data Warehouse and employment intelligence tools, to support evidence-based decision-making and employment services.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide strategic direction and leadership for the Framework and Data Analytics function.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in labour market intelligence, analytics, and digital initiatives.
• Support organisational decision-making through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
• Lead the enhancement and governance of the Centralised Data Warehouse.
• Ensure the quality, integrity, reliability, and relevance of labour market data and analytical outputs.
• Oversee the development of dashboards, reports, analytical models, and labour market intelligence products.
• Identify emerging labour market trends, occupations, skills demands, and workforce developments.
• Lead and coordinate IT, data, and digital transformation projects related to employment intelligence and labour market systems.
• Translate business requirements into effective data, analytical, and technology solutions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure successful project delivery.
• Manage technology vendors and oversee the implementation of large-scale digital initiatives.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Analytics, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in IT, data analytics, digital transformation, information systems, or related disciplines.
• Experience in Labor Market Intelligence / Labot Market Information
• Proven experience leading teams, strategic projects, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong understanding of: Data Warehousing, Data Integration,Data Governance, Business Intelligence & Analytics and Digital Transformation
• Experience in predictive analytics, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.
• Knowledge of AI, Machine Learning, or digital employment solutions is an added advantage.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.
• Strong analytical thinking, strategic planning, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with senior management, technical teams, vendors, and external stakeholders.
