About Us

VS Familia Sdn Bhd is a growing vape liquid manufacturer under the brand FCUKIN’ FLAVA, serving both local and international markets. We are expanding and looking for a passionate and result-driven Marketing Manager to lead our brand growth and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute overall marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales growth
• Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Oversee content creation, branding, and creative direction
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior
• Manage product launches and promotional campaigns
• Work closely with Sales, R&D, and Production teams
• Monitor marketing performance (ROI, engagement, conversion)
• Build and manage relationships with distributors and partners

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• At least 3–5 years experience in Marketing (Managerial level preferred)
• Strong knowledge in digital marketing & social media trends (especially TikTok)
• Creative, proactive, and able to work independently
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience in FMCG / Vape / Lifestyle products is an added advantage
