About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dentist to join our team at PMG Healthcare SDN. BHD. in Sarikei, Sarawak. As a Dentist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality dental care services, building strong patient relationships, and contributing to the growth and reputation of our dental practice. Key responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive oral examinations and diagnose dental conditions using clinical expertise and modern diagnostic tools

  • Develop and implement individualised treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs and preferences

  • Perform a wide range of restorative and preventative dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, cleanings, and root canal treatments

  • Provide professional oral health education and preventative care advice to patients

  • Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices

  • Sterilise dental instruments and maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic clinical environment

  • Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated patient care

  • Stay current with advancements in dental medicine and participate in continuing professional development

  • Manage patient concerns and complaints professionally whilst maintaining confidentiality

  • Contribute to a positive team environment and support the overall operations of the dental practice

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Dentistry or equivalent qualification recognised by relevant dental regulatory bodies

  • Valid dental licence and registration with the appropriate professional regulatory authority

  • Proven clinical experience in general dentistry practice

  • Strong knowledge of dental diseases, treatment modalities, and oral health management

  • Excellent clinical skills and manual dexterity for performing dental procedures

  • Proficiency in using dental equipment and digital diagnostic tools

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse patients
