KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible of Collaborate with branches and CDC warehouse.

Including but not limited to the following:

·       Process orders, forms, applications and requests

·       Track and follow-up all customer requests in a timely manner

·       Communicate and coordinate with internal departments

·       Resolve customer issues in timely and accurate fashion

·       Perform general administration duties

·       Other responsibilities as assigned

KEY REQUIREMETNS

·       Minimum 3 years working experience in relevant Logistics and Warehouse order fulfillment processing

·       Experience in dealing directly with customers either by telephone or electronically

·       Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction

·       Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality

·       Good time management skills

·       Fast and willing learner

·       Experience with ERP, online ticketing systems and Microsoft applications will be an advantage

·       Willingness to do overtime when needed
