What You'll Do

• Monitor project schedule and site progress, supporting the Project Manager on day-to-day delivery
• Supervise Architectural and C&S works, including structural, finishing, and coordination activities
• Check drawings for discrepancies and issue RFIs to consultants
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to keep site operations running smoothly
• Monitor concrete works, piling, and material deliveries, including concrete lorry scheduling
• Conduct site inspections and enforce quality compliance against specifications and QLASSIC requirements
• Attend weekly and coordination meetings with the site team and subcontractors
• Prepare and manage site documentation: RFIs, site memos, progress reports, claims, and submissions
• Coordinate with Purchasing and Contracts to ensure approved materials are used and wastage is controlled
• Liaise with the M&E team to resolve interface and site issues
• Monitor defect rectification and manage back charges to subcontractors
• Uphold safety, quality, and ISO 9001 compliance on site

What You'll Need

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• 2–5 years of site experience in Architectural and/or C&S works
• High-rise construction experience is a plus
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Comfortable with site documentation (RFI, site memo, progress reports, claims)
• Strong coordination and communication skills across consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Able to work independently and under pressure; willing to work overtime when required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
