Job Summary
We are looking for a professional and organised Communications Coordinator to support marketing and communications activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily communications and marketing activities.
• Prepare and distribute newsletters, email communications, and promotional materials.
• Assist with planning and execution of communication campaigns.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and communication materials.
• Maintain accurate communication records and databases.
• Support events, webinars, and other company activities.
• Assist with social media and digital communication initiatives.
• Monitor communication schedules and ensure deadlines are met.
• Provide administrative and coordination support to the communications team.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills may also be considered.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organisational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with digital communication, newsletters, or social media is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Strong teamwork and coordination skills.
