We are a higher education institution based in Kajang, Selangor, seeking a highly motivated with dynamic leadership to lead student recruitment team.

Responsibilities

• Manage team of student recruiters.
• Planning and executing marketing activities.
• Hiring of new student recruiters.
• Training and coaching of new and existing student recruiters for constant productivity.
• Monitoring student recruiters’ performance.
• Contribute marketing activities through social media marketing.
• Contributing of ideas and approaches for better recruitment performance.
• Reporting to Directors on weekly recruitment progress.

Requirements

• Diploma, Advanced Diploma OR Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• At least 15 years of experience in student recruitment or any industry.
• Experience in leading a sales team.
• Familiar with digital marketing through social media.
• Working days / hours – Monday to Friday / 10:00am to 6:00pm, work base in Kajang.
