Responsibilities

• Monitor tenant adherence to Tenancy Agreement clauses, house rules and mall SOPs.
• Support tenant onboarding, move-ins and operational readiness.
• Ensure compliance with fire safety, OSH, and mall requirements.
• Assist in tenant fit-outs, renovations and reinstatements operationally.
• Support fire drills, emergency preparedness and tenant incident reporting.
• Assist in compiling monthly Leasing & Operations reports.
• Coordinate yearly inspections and renewals (OSH, BOMBA, JKKP, Fire Dept, DOE).
• Assist in fire drills, evacuations and safety awareness campaigns.
• Track preventive maintenance for HVAC, lifts, escalators, fire systems, etc.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Property Management, Building Management, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with experience in mall, retail, or property management will have an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of tenancy agreements, mall operations, and building compliance standards is preferred.
• Familiarity with safety and regulatory requirements such as OSH, BOMBA, JKKP, and fire safety regulations is an advantage.
• Willing to work in Ayer Itam, Penang.
