Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused F&B Service Expert to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our guests. The role is responsible for providing professional food and beverage service, ensuring guest satisfaction, maintaining service standards, and creating a welcoming dining atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and beverages according to hotel service standards.
• Assist guests with menu recommendations and respond to inquiries.
• Ensure tables are properly set up before service and cleared promptly after use.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining areas, service stations, and equipment.
• Handle guest requests and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times.
• Assist with buffet setup, replenishment, and closing activities when required.
• Support team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Key Requirements

• Minimum SPM/STPM or equivalent.
• Experience in food & beverage service, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality operations is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, well-groomed, and team-oriented.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
