BOCO F&B SDN BHD is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Finance cum Cost Control Executive to join our growing F&B team.

Position: Finance cum Cost Control Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily finance and accounting-related activities.
• Monitor and prepare daily/weekly/monthly cash flow reports.
• Monitor outlet sales and ensure proper sales reconciliation.
• Review and process outlet petty cash claims and operational expenses.
• Process supplier invoices, payments and related documentation.
• Prepare and issue cheques according to company procedures.
• Key in supplier invoices, purchases and inventory transactions into SQL Accounting / SQL Inventory System.
• Maintain and update inventory records, stock movement and supplier pricing.
• Monitor food cost, beverage cost, COGS and overall operational costs.
• Conduct cost and variance analysis and highlight unusual discrepancies to Management.
• Assist in stock take, inventory reconciliation and investigation of stock variances.
• Liaise with outlet management regarding sales, stock, expenses and cost control matters.
• Liaise with suppliers regarding invoices, statements, pricing and payment matters.
• Prepare financial and cost control reports for Management review.
• Assist in monitoring outlet profitability and identifying areas for cost improvement.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with Company financial and operational SOPs.
• Perform other duties and special projects assigned by Management.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Costing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience in F&B finance, cost control or inventory control will be an added advantage.
• Experience using SQL Accounting / SQL Inventory is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial reporting.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to work independently.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced and growing F&B environment.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality.
