Dr. Cardin Hiring! Full Time KOLs Specialist in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 4,000 - Ricebowl

• Identify and recruit suitable KOLs, influencers, affiliates, and content creators for brand collaborations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs to ensure smooth communication and long-term partnerships.
• Coordinate KOL campaigns including briefing, product arrangement, content planning, posting schedule, and deliverables.
• Monitor campaign performance such as engagement, sales conversion, traffic, and ROI.
• Work closely with Livestream, Creative, Marketing, and E-Commerce teams for campaign execution and promotional planning.
• Track current TikTok, Instagram, and social media trends to propose creative campaign ideas.
• Negotiate collaboration rates, commission structures, and campaign requirements with KOLs.
• Ensure all KOL contents follow company branding guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management review.
• Maintain and update KOL database including contact information, campaign history, and performance tracking.
• Assist during campaign shoots, livestream collaborations, product launches, and marketing events when required.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by management related to influencer marketing and brand campaigns.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
