Job Description
Responsibilities
- Understanding of the operation of drills, lathes and milling equipment;
- Responsible for accomplishing workpiece processing assigned by leader punctually according to processing progress, drawings and processing requirements
- Programming precision computer equipment according to per-job specification;
- Perform dimensional and cosmetic inspection on work piece using caliper, micrometer, dial indicator, pin & plug gauges and visually conforms to specifications;
- Performance daily, weekly and monthly CNC maintenance tasks to ensure machine longevity, including lubrication, cleaning and tool replacement.
- To create CNC Programme using Master CAD/CAM
- To perform process troubleshooting and improvement (CNC Milling/Lathe)
- To design an efficient and effective CNC process for new project and product for the CNC Milling/Lathe machine
- Train Machinist to perform simple programming (CNC Machines)
- To diagnose and dispose defects from machining
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
Education:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
