CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE REPRESENTATIVE
- Full-Time (Rotational shift)
- 5 Working days
- 2 off day
- Working Hours: 10am-7pm
REQUIREMENTS :
- Fluent in English & Thai
- Minimumlyear of customer service experience
- Excellent verbal, written & interpersonal
- communication skills
- Strong organizational & time management skills
- Proficient in Email, Live Chat &communication
- platforms
- Able to multitask and work under pressure
- Strong customer-focused attitude
- Willing to work shifts, weekends & public holidays
Location : MENARA IMC (Nearby Monorail Bukit Nanas & LRT Dang Wangi)
