Customer Compliance & Quality Management

• Ensure compliance with customer-specific standards, regulatory requirements, and internal quality systems.
• Implement and maintain customer quality requirements, including audits, change control, and validation processes.
• Monitor and communicate updates on customer and global environmental compliance requirements.
• Respond to customer quality questionnaires and technical documentation requests.
• Plan and conduct mock recall and traceability exercises to verify system effectiveness.
• Coordinate customer approvals for new materials, packaging, products, equipment, and process qualifications.

Customer Relationship & Technical Support

• Serve as the primary liaison for customer quality, technical, and environmental-related matters.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality, Engineering, Production, and Process Engineering, to investigate customer complaints and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Coordinate customer sample submissions and technical evaluations.
• Manage customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution and verification of corrective action effectiveness.
• Coordinate customer visits, audits, and technical meetings.
• Gather customer feedback and prepare customer satisfaction reports and analysis.

Packaging & Artwork Management

• Support packaging and artwork development, validation, and customer approval processes.
• Coordinate artwork submissions with customers and suppliers.
• Work with Planning and Materials Control (PMC) to manage packaging change control and qualify new packaging suppliers.

Requirements:

• Master or Degree of Science or Engineering-related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in quality assurance and/or customer-facing quality roles
• Experience in high volume manufacturing environment
• Competent in problem solving quality tools, data analysis, planning and decision making
