Job Summary

Responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the Parts Department, including receiving, issuing, storing, and organizing genuine Proton spare parts to ensure smooth workshop operations and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving, checking, and storing spare parts.
• Pick, issue, and deliver parts to the workshop as required.
• Maintain accurate stock records and inventory updates.
• Assist with stock take and inventory control.
• Ensure proper storage and organization of spare parts.
• Coordinate with Service Advisors and Technicians on parts requests.
• Keep the parts store clean, safe, and well-organized.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Parts Executive or Manager.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM; Certificate/Diploma is an advantage.
• Experience in automotive spare parts is preferred but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Responsible, hardworking, and able to work in a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
