Regency Specialist Hospital Hiring! Full Time Officer, Information - Communication Technology in Johor - Ricebowl

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide L1 IT support for desktop applications and IT infrastructure.
• Provide timely and effective technical support to end-users through the IT helpdesk.
• Troubleshoot and support MS Windows, MS Office, email, file and print services, wireless LAN, IoT, VPN, and backup systems.
• Provide technical support, setup, maintenance, and upgrades for PCs, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Provide day-to-day hardware and software support, including client PC troubleshooting.
• Provide Level 1 support for RSH Tier 1 applications, including HIS, LIS, FIS, and eHR.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and IT standards.
• Work closely with the Malaysia IT Team to support IT operations across HMI Group of companies.
• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by the Manager from time to time.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support, preferably providing end-user support.
• Basic knowledge of LAN and server technologies.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per hour
