About the Company:

Job Responsibilities:

• Daily administration duties eg. PO issuing, recording, filing, etc.

• Maintain supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.

• Create and maintain the purchase information on ERP or purchasing system.

• Consistently supervise suppliers for service, delivery, quality and reliability.

• Maintain supplier relations and negotiate contracts, prices, timelines, etc.

• Work with suppliers on delivery and backorder improvement using data.

• Ensure purchasing department procedures are adhered to.

• Assist in any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior or management.

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in supply chain or equivalent with 3 years working experience in related field.

• Non-degree holders with more than 5 years working experience in related field.

• Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.

• Computer literate with good knowledge of MS Office application.

• Able to work independently.
