As an Associate Product Manager, you will support the Product & Innovation team in planning, developing and improving digital products. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams and designers while developing your product management capabilities.

What You Will Do

  • Support the Product Manager & Senior Product Manager in executing the product roadmap and managing the product lifecycle.

  • Gather and document business and user requirements with relevant stakeholders.

  • Translate business requirements into clear Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), user stories, acceptance criteria and process flows

  • Coordinate with business, engineering, UI/UX and other technical teams to support product delivery.

  • Assist in managing the product backlog, tracking progress and participating in Agile ceremonies.

  • Support user acceptance testing, defect tracking, product releases and post-implementation monitoring.

  • Conduct basic research and data analysis to identify user pain points and improvement opportunities.

  • Prepare product updates, reports, presentations and documentation for stakeholders.

Your Experience

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, Product Management, or a related field.

  • Up to two years of relevant experience; fresh graduates with strong internship or project experience are encouraged to apply.

  • Exposure to product management, business analysis, or project coordination is advantageous.

  • Basic understanding of Agile processes and product development principles.

  • Basic understanding of APIs, microservices, data analytics, UI/UX, and cloud technologies.

  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Figma or similar collaboration tools is beneficial.

  • Able to prepare clear requirements, user stories and product documentation.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

  • Good organisational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.

  • Curious, proactive and comfortable working with business and technical teams in a fast-paced environment.
