Key responsibilities

• Taking-off rebar & BRC and make sure order can be made in time
• Prepare BQ and seek quotation for yet to award trade
• Preparation of subcon claim, checking site measurement received and make sure that payment can be done in time
• Liaising with site representative and subcontractors
• Keep track on drawing received and prepare transmittal to relevant parties
• Prepare of Subcon's Letter of Award (LA)
• Assisting Contract Executive in monitoring project budget and make sure all material budget are updated and subcon claim can be made in time

About you

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in quantity surveying
• 1-2 years experience is advantageous
• Able to work as a team
• Able to perform high standard of attendance, punctuality and attitude
• Strong communication skills
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
