Company Profile

This role sits within a leading financial services organisation, where the focus is on building genuine, long-term client partnerships rather than one-off transactions. It's a role built for someone early in their career who wants real ownership, real relationships, and a real career path — not just a job. The firm emphasizes limitless growth and believe that the greatest strength is in its people.

Job Description

About the Role

This is a role for someone who genuinely enjoys people — understanding what they want, building real trust, and staying in their corner for the long run. As a Client Partnership Executive, the successful candidate won't be pushing products off a shelf. They'll be the person clients call when they're thinking about their future — buying a first home, planning for a family, or figuring out how to protect what they've worked hard for.

The Wealth Planning Associate is a full-time, hybrid role based in Singapore, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements.

What You'll Do

  • Build and grow a portfolio of client relationships, starting from networking, referrals, and proactive outreach to identify people who could benefit from the organisation's solutions
  • Meet with clients to understand their life goals, financial priorities, and risk appetite — and translate that into practical, relevant solutions
  • Prepare clear, well-researched proposals and recommendations that clients can actually understand and act on
  • Stay on top of market trends and product knowledge so advice is always current and credible
  • Work closely with senior partners and internal teams to ensure a smooth journey for clients, from onboarding through to ongoing service
  • Take part in structured training and mentorship to sharpen both technical knowledge and relationship-building skills

What We're Looking For

  • Early-career professional (fresh grads welcome to apply)
  • A natural communicator — someone who can explain things simply and make people feel heard
  • Self-starter energy: comfortable reaching out, following up, and taking initiative without being micromanaged
  • Genuine curiosity about finance and business (formal finance background not required — willingness to learn is what counts! )
  • Organised and able to juggle multiple relationships and priorities at once
  • Integrity and professionalism — this role is built on trust, so that has to come first
  • Diploma/ Degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or related fields is a plus, but not mandatory
