Job Descriptions:

• Manage inventory receiving, issuing, storage, and stock arrangement.
• Ensure stock accuracy and proper inventory documentation.
• Conduct stock counts and inventory reconciliation.
• Maintain warehouse housekeeping, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Production, Logistics, and related departments.
• Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies or operational issues.
• Prepare inventory and operational reports as required.
• Lead and coordinate store activities and manpower at Assistant Supervisor/Supervisor level.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, or related field.
• Relevant experience in storekeeping, warehouse, inventory control, or logistics.
• Familiar with stock handling, inventory control, and documentation.
• Good teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills; ERP/WMS knowledge is an advantage.
• Willing to work on rotational shifts and be based in Senai, Johor.

Additional Requirements by Level

Senior Storekeeper: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

Assistant Supervisor: Leadership or team coordination experience preferred.

Supervisor: Strong warehouse/store management and supervisory experience.
