Job Responsibilities & Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Work independently with minimal supervision

• Visit outlets regularly to evaluate needs and promote products/services

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers

• Understand and manage the full sales process effectively

• Handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload efficiently

• Perform well in a fast-paced working environment

Requirements:

• Previous experience in an FMCG company or related field is an advantage

• Strong understanding of sales processes and market dynamics

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to build rapport quickly with clients and suppliers

• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven

Salary & Benefits

Fixed Salary: RM 1,700

Sales Commission: RM 1,500 – RM 3,000

Principal Incentive: RM 1,500 – RM 3,000

Allowances : Handphone & Car provided

Working Details

Location: Kota Kinabalu only [Office based at Inanam]

Working Days: Monday – Friday
