- Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing organization standards; adhering to legal regulations.

- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards

- Analyze sales and customer relations reports, categorizing sales information and action plan, investigating and identifying solution to customer complaints.

- Maintains outlet staff job results by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

Requirement :

- Diploma in Business study or equivalent; or at least 2 years of experience in a hotel or related field.

- Experience in Food and beverage industry will be an added advantage.

- Good communication skill, interpersonal skill and presentable.

- On the job training will be provided for the right candidate.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
