Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily production schedules to meet output and delivery targets
• Supervise production line activities and ensure processes follow GMP standards and SOPs
• Prepare and maintain production documentation (batch records, SOPs, logs)
• Monitor raw material and packaging stock for production runs
• Conduct basic in-process quality checks and flag deviations
• Identify and help resolve issues affecting production efficiency, quality, or safety
• Support GMP audit preparation, including documentation and floor readiness
• Coordinate with QC, warehouse, and other departments for smooth production flow
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production floor in line with GMP practices

What We're Looking For

• Diploma/Degree in Science, Chemistry, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field (fresh graduates welcome)
• Some experience or exposure to GMP and manufacturing operations
• Excellent problem-solving skills and strong initiative
• Eager to learn, proactive, and willing to take on new responsibilities
• Good personal hygiene, in line with GMP standards; non-smoker
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and able to work well in a team
• Basic computer literacy (Excel, Word)
• Willing to work on-site in Nilai and do overtime when production needs require it
