The Butler is responsible for delivering personalized, high-quality luxury service to VIP and high-profile guests while overseeing the Butler team. The role ensures a seamless and memorable guest experience by anticipating guest needs, handling special requests, coordinating with various departments, and maintaining exceptional service standards.

The Butler will supervise and develop the Butler team, conduct daily briefings, monitor performance, ensure VIP rooms are guest-ready, maintain accurate guest preferences and records, and coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, Concierge, and Maintenance to meet guest requirements.

The position also involves managing departmental resources, monitoring supplies and expenses, supporting budget control, preparing operational reports, handling guest concerns professionally, and maintaining strict confidentiality of guest information.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership and communication skills, excellent knowledge of luxury hospitality and service etiquette, high attention to detail, and proven experience in serving VIP guests.

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
