Dura Technology Hiring! Full Time Production Engineer in Perak, Earn up to MYR 6,000 - Ricebowl

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate daily precast concrete production activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Ensure production targets are achieved in accordance with established schedules, quality requirements, and safety standards.
• Monitor and optimize the utilization of resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to maximize productivity and cost efficiency.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to production personnel to maintain operational excellence.
• Collaborate closely with the central production team to align plant performance with company objectives and project requirements.
• Identify production challenges and implement effective corrective and preventive actions to minimize downtime and improve output.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of production performance, quality inspections, equipment status, and operational reports.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes, operational efficiency, product quality, and workplace safety.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and occupational health and safety requirements.
• Support management in achieving operational goals through effective planning, coordination, and team leadership.

Qualifications & Requirements :

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in concrete or precast production environment (an added advantage)
• Knowledge of precast manufacturing processes and quality assurance standards.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
