About the role
Sarplier Company is looking for a hands-on Technical Service Supervisor to coordinate swimming pool maintenance, pump-room servicing, mechanical repairs, technical troubleshooting and site operations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise swimming pool maintenance and technical service works

• Inspect, diagnose and troubleshoot pumps, filters, valves, piping and circulation systems

• Carry out and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance

• Coordinate mechanical repair, replacement and installation works

• Troubleshoot basic electrical/control components related to pool and pump systems

• Lead and coordinate technicians and site workers

• Plan daily service schedules, manpower and job allocation

• Coordinate equipment, chemical and spare-parts deliveries to sites

• Attend customer complaints and identify technical faults

• Recommend suitable repair or replacement solutions

• Follow up service and repair jobs until completion

• Prepare basic service reports, site photos and job updates

• Ensure workmanship, safety and site cleanliness meet company standards

About you

• Experience in mechanical maintenance, pumps, plumbing, M&E, swimming pools or a related technical field

• Strong hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Able to supervise and coordinate a small technical team

• Able to work independently and make practical decisions on site

• Comfortable travelling to different customer sites

• Possess a valid driving licence

• Basic communication, WhatsApp and reporting skills

• Swimming pool or water-treatment experience is an advantage
