Sales Executive (Ehsan Seaview Hotel)

Job Summary :

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join Ehsan Seaview Hotel. The role will focus on promoting the hotel's rooms, facilities, packages, events, and services while building strong relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, event organisers, and other potential customers to drive sales and revenue.

Key Responsibilities :

-Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients.

-Promote hotel rooms, packages, facilities, events, and other services.

-Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event organisers, and business partners.

-Handle sales enquiries, prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with clients.

-Conduct sales calls, client visits, presentations, and promotional activities.

-Achieve individual and team sales targets.

-Assist in coordinating corporate events, meetings, weddings, and group bookings.

-Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.

-Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client information, and follow-ups.

-Work closely with the Front Office, Reservations, F&B, Events, and other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.

-Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.

-Perform other duties related to sales and business development as assigned.

Requirements :

-Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

-Previous experience in hotel sales, hospitality, or a related industry is an advantage.

-Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales skills are encouraged to apply.

-Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

-Customer-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude.

-Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

-Able to work independently and as part of a team.

-Willing to travel for client meetings and sales activities when required.

-Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays when necessary.

-Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
