• Network Administration – Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot office network infrastructure including routers, switches, and Wi-Fi access points.
• Server Management– Configure, maintain, and update company servers to ensure reliability, performance, and security.
• Hardware Support– Assist with installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of company IT hardware such as PCs, printers, and peripherals.
• System Configuration – Support configuration and optimization of company systems to meet operational requirements.
• Software Development Assistance – Collaborate with the development team to support software deployment, testing, and maintenance. Familiarity with programming languages (PHP, MySQL, HTML, JavaScript, Java) and mobile app development (React Native) is required to assist effectively.
• User Support – Provide first-level technical support to staff, including resolving IT issues and offering guidance on system usage.
• Documentation & Reporting – Prepare and maintain technical documentation, system logs, and maintenance reports.
• Security & Backup– Implement and monitor IT security practices including patch updates, user access control, and data backup procedures.
• Continuous Improvement – Participate in upgrading infrastructure systems and contribute to process improvements.
• Learning & Development – Engage in ongoing training to stay updated with emerging technologies relevant to company operations.
