• Check and verify report on cash & cheque collection, and bank in.
• Check booking file for complete documentation.
• Check file for registration vehicle sales order (VSO), registration form, agreement & documentation.
• Check invoice before disbursement process to finance department.
• Check payment voucher, staff claim & sales consultant commision and incentive.
• Follow up with HQ regarding the debtors aging list (eg: Outstanding payment from supplier, cancellation booking & requisition).
• Monitor staff leave attendance.
• Monitoring allocation, and monthly registration process.
• Assist in insurance renewal.
• Others job as instructed by the Sales Manager and HQ.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
