AVAILABLE POSITIONS & SALARY:

1. Service Crew / Kitchen Crew (RM 1,700 - RM 1,800)
2. Assistant Supervisor (RM 1,900 - RM 2,000)
3. Supervisor (RM 2,100 - RM 2,300)
4. Assistant Outlet Manager (RM 2,400 - RM 2,800)
5. Outlet Manager (RM 2,900 - RM 3,500)

RESPONSIBILITIES BY ROLE:
Service & Kitchen Crew:

• Deliver Amazing Experiences: Welcome guests with warm hospitality, take orders accurately, and keep the dining vibe energetic, clean, and welcoming.
• Quality Dishes: Prep, cook, and plate signature menu items with speed, precision, and SOP presentation standards.
• Keep Operations Smooth: Execute fast food delivery during peak rushes while maintaining strict food safety, hygiene, and station cleanliness.
• Work as One Team: Communicate seamlessly between the floor and kitchen to ensure every order goes out fresh and flawless.
• Grow Every Day: Master customer service, POS systems, culinary skills, and kitchen operations with hands on team support.

Supervisor & Assistant Supervisor:

• Lead the Floor & Kitchen: Run smooth, high energy daily shifts across both front and back of house operations.
• Coach & Inspire: Train, mentor, and motivate crew members to build a confident, high performing team.
• Maintain High Standards: Enforce strict quality control, food safety, hygiene protocols, and service consistency at all times.
• Manage Operations: Oversee daily inventory, handle stock counts, manage shift handovers, and assist with labor scheduling.
• Elevate Guest Experience: Swiftly resolve customer feedback, turn around tough situations, and ensure every guest leaves satisfied.

Outlet Manager & Assistant Manager:

• Drive Business & Profitability: Manage store P&L, optimize labor and food costs (COGS), and execute sales strategies to hit and exceed monthly targets.
• Build & Mentor Talent: Lead, hire, and develop store supervisors and crew fostering a positive, high-performing culture with fast track career growth.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee seamless day to day operations across both floor and kitchen, enforcing strict brand standards, food safety, and compliance.
• Elevate Brand Reputation: Champion exceptional guest experiences, resolve complex feedback, and build a loyal local customer base.
• Supply Chain & Inventory Control: Oversee inventory management, vendor coordination, stock auditing, and waste reduction strategies.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Entry level candidates welcome for Crew roles (training provided).
2. 1-2 years experience required for Supervisor roles.
3. 3+ years supervisory/management experience in F&B for Managerial roles.
4. Positive attitude, strong teamwork, and good communication skills.
5. Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
