Video Games Industry | Contract | Remote

Do you enjoy video games, talking to customers, and making sales?

We are a dynamic and rapidly growing Singapore SME and are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to join our team remotely and manage relationships with existing B2B customers while actively growing sales.

This role is ideal for someone who is organised, responsible, customer-focused and comfortable with sales administration.

You will be the main point of contact for existing customers and will ensure that their enquiries, orders and documentation are handled smoothly and professionally.

Your role is not simply customer service. You will also be responsible for growing existing accounts and generating repeat business.

What You Will Do

Customer Relationship

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Respond to customer enquiries through WhatsApp, email, phone and other channels.
• Understand customer requirements and purchasing needs.
• Follow up on quotations, enquiries and pending orders.
• Introduce new products, promotions and product updates.
• Encourage repeat purchases and identify upselling opportunities.
• Reactivate inactive customers.
• Resolve customer issues and coordinate with internal teams when required.

Sales Administration

• Create sales orders.
• Prepare and send invoices to customers.
• Process customer orders accurately.
• Check product, quantity, pricing and customer details.
• Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams on order fulfilment.
• Follow up on outstanding payments.
• Maintain accurate customer and order records.
• Update CRM/ERP systems.
• Prepare regular sales and customer reports.

Account Development

• Identify opportunities to increase sales from existing customers.
• Recommend relevant products based on customer purchasing patterns.
• Monitor customer purchasing frequency and value.
• Identify customers whose purchases are declining and follow up.
• Work closely with the Outdoor Sales team when new customers are handed over.

• Able to manage multiple customers and orders simultaneously.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment.

Experience in the video games, trading card, or related industries will be an advantage.

What We Offer

Contract position

• Salary: RM3,000 – RM4,000/month + Performance Incentive

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
