Job Responsibilities:

* Prepare accurate architectural, structural and construction drawings using AutoCAD or other drafting software.

* Produce shop drawings, detailed drawings and as-built drawings.

* Revise drawings according to instructions from architects, engineers, consultants and project teams.

* Coordinate drawings across different disciplines to identify discrepancies or clashes.

* Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, technical requirements and relevant standards.

* Maintain proper documentation, drawing registers and revision records.

* Conduct site visits when required to verify measurements and construction details.

* Support the project team with technical documentation and drawing submissions.

Requirements:

* Diploma or Certificate in Architectural Drafting, Civil Engineering, Building Technology or a related field.

* Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit, SketchUp or BIM software is an advantage.

* Previous drafting experience in the construction industry is preferred.

* Able to interpret architectural, structural and engineering drawings.

* Detail-oriented with good technical and organizational skills.

* Able to work independently and meet project deadlines.

* Will be based in HQ, but willing to travel to site when required.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
