Job Description

· Thoroughly site audit and conduct site inspection, also to submit monthly report on findings to head of department

· Ensure site workers and supervisors are complying with all safety regulations and protocol for the associate works

· Regularly conduct schedule inspection on machinery, equipment, facilities, and personnel practices with the relevant competent personnel

· Follow up on the certificate of validity for all machinery

· To ensure the respective task is complete and executed as per directed by the team leader or head of department

· To participate in accidents investigation and to provide recommendations

· To accept and comply with the HSE coordinator directives and to conduct safety briefing and toolbox muster for all site workers

· Responsible in monitoring the efficiency and compliance of the permit management

· To conduct safety induction program for new site workers, clients and visitors

· To attend all operational morning briefing

· Too accept directives and to consult only from head department before futher proceed

· To conduct and perform survey on JHA and Hirach

· Follow strictly all existing and future policies implemented.

· Shall perform your duties ethically and professionally and promote the best interest of the company.

· Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein and/or other functions which are logical assignments to the position.

Requirement:

- Diploma in Safety & Health
