Responsibilities:

• Managing HR policies and procedures.
• Handle HR correspondences and staff communications.
• Compute monthly payroll and make statutory payments.
• Manage job postings, recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks
• Provides Orientation Training to new recruits.
• Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
• Managing employee benefits and compensation packages
• Administer employee’s attendance and leave records.
• Manage HRDF Training Claim Submissions.
• Addressing employee relations issues and resolving conflicts
• Ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations
• Preparing and presenting HR-related reports to management
• Manage employee movement - transfer, promotion, new recruits and separation processes.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Familiarity with HR-related laws and regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work in Ayer Itam, Penang.
• Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
