About the Role

HIGH TACKLE SDN. BHD. is looking for a proactive and capable Logistics Executive to join our growing team in Kuching, Sarawak. This is a full-time position where you will play a key role in supporting and enhancing our container haulage, warehousing, and distribution operations—ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient service delivery across our network.

Daily Planning & Coordination

• Plan and coordinate all daily container haulage activities.

• Liaise with customers, manage drivers, and optimise trucking schedules.

• Update internal tracking systems promptly and accurately.

Operational Supervision

• Coordinate unstuffing at depots and consignee locations.

• Supervise on-site operations when required.

• Handle warehousing matters and oversee the smooth flow of goods.

• Coordinate long-haul movements and manage local loading/unloading tasks.

Equipment & Resource Management

• Maintain driver and operator personnel records.

• Support equipment rental operations.

• Work closely with the maintenance team to ensure all equipment is operational and ready.

Cross-functional Coordination

• Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.

• Resolve logistical challenges and support seamless operational execution.

Performance & Process Improvement

• Analyse operational data to identify cost-saving and productivity-improving opportunities.

• Supervise and train logistics personnel to uphold strong performance and customer service standards.

• 3–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, transport, or warehousing.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder coordination.

• Self-motivated, reliable, organised, and detail-oriented.

• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities; able to take data-driven actions.

• Proficient in logistics software and operational tracking tools.

• High attention to detail with a strong focus on quality and efficiency.

• Adaptable to changes in priorities and workload.

• Tertiary qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields is preferred.
