About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supporting logistical operations to ensure the smooth movement of goods and services. This role involves tracking shipments, making appointments, and handling various administrative tasks.
Work Hours and Timezone:
Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, with potential Saturday mornings for approximately 3 hours.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Maintain and update accurate records of shipping activities, inventory data, pictures, and logistics documentation
Plan and order materials to their assigned facilities and ensure on-hands inventory level
Track delivery of orders and communicate with suppliers and receivers
Prepare and distribute regular and ad-hoc logistics and inventory reports
Respond promptly to internal and external inquiries regarding shipment status and logistics updates
Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and managing logistics-related communications
Coordinate weekly carton count collection from various partner facilities
Obtain and update weekly inventory data and maintain internal records accordingly
Maintain and regularly update internal load and inventory tracking worksheets
Update external carton status in internal reporting and tracking tools and reconcile discrepancies
Send daily inventory reports for external locations to internal stakeholders
Manage and update spreadsheets tracking inbound purchase orders and shipment statuses
Regularly update forecasting spreadsheets, including both plant and warehouse data
Maintain plant inventory data, including carton loads and stock movement
Process Bills of Lading (BOLs) received from warehouses accurately and in a timely manner
Verify and approve extra charges on invoices from various partner facilities
Collaborate with external vendors and internal departments to ensure consistency and accuracy in inventory tracking and reporting
Participate in team meetings to support logistics planning, forecasting, and operational strategies
Monitor and track status of manufacturer carton shipments
Uphold company Mindset, policies, procedures, and operational standards
Perform other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a similar field preferred
Previous experience in logistics, administration, or a related field is preferred
Advanced Excel Skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with logistics software or tools is an advantage
