Pro Office Technology Hiring! Full Time SENIOR EXECUTIVE, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT (IMMEDIATE HIRING) in Selangor - Ricebowl

We are looking for an experienced, proactive, and results-oriented Senior Executive, Business Development to join our team.

This role will focus on business growth, strategic partnerships, government grants, corporate branding, stakeholder engagement, ISO & Halal compliance, and business improvement initiatives.

• Identify and secure suitable government grants, funding opportunities, and business development programmes.

• Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, revenue streams, and expansion opportunities.

• Conduct market research and analyse industry trends.

• Develop and maintain relationships with government agencies, GLCs, financial institutions, suppliers, distributors, and business partners.

• Explore favourable credit terms and business arrangements with suppliers and distributors.

• Support corporate branding and external stakeholder engagement activities.

• Coordinate and monitor ISO and Halal compliance activities, including audits, NCRs, corrective actions, SOPs, and documentation.

• Participate in operational audits and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.

• Prepare business proposals, presentations, management reports, and progress updates.

• Monitor KPIs related to business development, grants, compliance, branding, and business opportunities.

• Represent the company at meetings, networking sessions, business events, and external engagements.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Banking, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in Business Development, Sales, Corporate Branding, Compliance, Operations, or related areas.

• Practical knowledge or experience in ISO and/or Halal compliance.

• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience dealing with government agencies, GLCs, suppliers, distributors, financial institutions, or funding agencies is an advantage.

• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.

• Able to work independently and collaborate with different departments.

• Willing to travel and attend external meetings when required.

• Possess own transportation.
